CONE CUTTER ASSEMBLES Cone Cutter Assemblies are used for removing scale from curved and straight. Assemblies are slightly smaller than tube I.D. Scale is cut starting at the smaller tapered end and finished at the larger end. The rotation of the tool ensures a through cleaning. In water tube boiler, cone cutters are the most effective for all conditions. To order refer to the tables below.

SINGLE AND DOUBLE CONE CUTTER ASSEMBLES Assemblies consisting of one or two cone. Elements are used for cleaning straight tube 1.1/8" - 2.5/16" (28.6 - 58.7 mm.) I.D. and curved tubes 1.1/4" - 2.3/8" (31.7 - 60.3 mm.) ID.

DRILL CONE ASSEMBLES For Plugged Tubes/Pipes 1" = 1.7/8" (25.4 - 47.6 mm.) I.D. Drill/Cone Assemblies are recommended for cleaning straight tubes plugged solidly with deposits. Order assembly to correspond to tube I.D. All drills rus 10% oversize.
